How to Activate Mount Image Pro
Mount Image Pro can be activated either by:
- a software activation key (instructions below);
- a USB activation dongle (learn more here).
Activating with a Software Activation Key
You can purchase an activation key at any time and enter it into the program. You must do this to continue to use Mount Image Pro after 30 days.
Mount Image Pro employs "hardware activation". This means that you if you own 1 license you can install it on 1 computer, which is identified by its hardware signature.
If you change or update computers, you activation may no longer work. Please contact support via the email link on this page to request additional activations.
There are two ways to activate Mount Image Pro with your software activation key:
1. Activate Online (Recommended)
Where the computer on which the software is being installed is connected to the Internet;
2. Activate Manually
Where the computer on which the software is being installed is connected to the Internet;
Product Activation - Online
To activate online, enter the License Key sent to you by email at the time of your purchase and click the NEXT button.
(If you have lost your License Key a replacement key can be automatically sent by email. Log into your GetData user account by clicking "Member Login" at the bottom of the page use this link: https://secure.getdata.com/my/)
Note: To avoid errors, cut-and-paste the License Key from the email received when you purchased the program.
You should see the following window if activation is successful:
2. Product Activation - Off-line
If the computer on which you are installing the software is not connected to the Internet, you can use another computer to complete the necessary activation steps. Follow the activation steps described on the screen below:
