Please note that it will assist if you provide the following information:

  1. Whether you are using the trial version or the activated version of Mount Image Pro;

  2. Details of the program used to create the image file ( e.g.. EnCase, SafeBack, FTK, SMART, DD, etc);

  3. A description of the exact error that you are experiencing, including screen shots, log files, or other relevant data that may assist us to identify the issue.
